Tattoo Appointment Policies

Thank you for considering me for your next tattoo. Please review the following policies to ensure a seamless booking process and appointment.

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposit amounts vary between $50–$200, based on the size and complexity of the project. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your final session.

  • Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited if not rescheduled with at least one week's notice.

  • I reserve the right to reschedule appointments at my discretion, should any unforeseen circumstances arise.

  • If you have multiple sessions scheduled, your deposit will apply to the final session.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash payment, CashApp, and PayPal.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least one week in advance to ensure your deposit remains valid.

  • If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be void.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be voided to respect both your time and mine.

  • Clients can reschedule up to two times, as long as the one-week notice is provided. After two reschedules, the deposit will be forfeited.

Design Process

  • I focus on creating surrealistic, one-of-a-kind tattoos that push the boundaries of artistic expression.

  • For custom tattoos, please provide as much detail as possible in your booking form and send any reference images to dtattoos78@gmail.com

  • Once your submission is accepted, I will send you a design preview a few days before your appointment for approval.

  • Minor tweaks to the design are allowed, but any significant changes will require a new consultation.

  • No changes to the design or placement will be made on the day of the appointment, so please ensure everything is finalized before we meet.

  • I value creative freedom, and while collaboration is encouraged, I require that my vision and expertise guide the final piece.

Touch-Ups

  • For touch-up appointments, please submit healed photos of your tattoo through the booking form.

  • A $50 deposit is required for touch-ups to cover the cost of supplies.

  • No-shows for touch-ups will result in the tattoo no longer being my responsibility.

Health & Safety

  • A valid State-issued photo ID is required to proceed with your tattoo. Without it, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be void.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure we can begin your session promptly.

Other Important Details

  • If you wish to change your design or placement after booking, please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a new price quote.
